Ahmed Abu Zuraiq

Ahmed Abu Zuraiq describes himself as a design-minded and research-guided developer. His journey started with wanting to develop games (and he did!), which led him to studying computer science, which in turn led him to researching generative A.I. systems (esp. for games). Later during his master’s degree, he grew fond of the idea of augmenting human intellect and creativity with tools. Currently, Ahmed is a PhD student at the School of Interactive Arts and Technology at Simon Fraser University, where his research lies in the intersection of Generative AI, Human-Computer Interaction and Creativity.
